The Brothers' War is a large set with 101 commons, 80 uncommons, 63 rares, 26 mythic rares (6 of which are double-faced), and four variations of each standard basic land. There are also 63 "retro artifact" reprints using the old card frame that can be found in boosters. There are 18 uncommon retro artifacts, 30 rares, and 15 mythic rares.
The Brothers' War was sold in 15 card draft booster packs (which contain an additional ad card). Draft booster boxes have 36 packs. Draft boosters in English are printed in the USA, Japan (and maybe Belgium). Foil cards are included in draft booster packs with advertised odds of 1 : 45 cards.
The Japanese printing uses sequential collation probably with 112 card sheets (which is the usual for Japan). (Perhaps some 56 card sheets are also used.)
Packs are front-facing starting with the ad card, the retro artifact, the rare, 3 uncommons, and 10 commons. If there is a foil, it will appear before the retro artifact, displacing a common. Some packs also contain a full-art basic land. Basic lands and foils do not appear in the same pack. Full-art basic lands also appear before the retro artifact, displacing a common.

There are 3 common runs: A, B, and C. A contains 27 distinct cards, and B and C each contain 37 distinct cards. Each pack gets 2 to 3 cards from A followed by 3 to 4 cards from B and 3 to 4 cards from C. This means packs are either 2-4-4, 3-3-4, or 3-4-3. The exact ratios may depend on the way foil collation works.
A | A | B | B | B | B | C | C | C | C |
A | A | A | B | B | B | C | C | C | C |
A | A | A | B | B | B | B | C | C | C |
Foils or basic lands will displace a common. Packs with such cards obey the normal ranges for A, B, and C cards which means they are 2-3-4, 2-4-3, or 3-3-3.
There are 3 uncommon runs: A, B, and C. A consists of 15 distinct cards, B consists of 28 distinct cards, and C consists of 37 distinct cards. Each pack gets 0 or 1 A cards followed by 1 to 2 B cards and 1 to 2 C cards. This means packs are either 1-1-1, 0-2-1, or 0-1-2. Assuming all uncommons are equally common, the rates of these pack types are 9/16, 1/20, and 31/80.
The retro artifact slot contains an uncommon roughly 66% of the time, a rare roughly 27% of the time, and a mythic rare roughly 7% of the time; 1/6 of the time, the card will be the (alternate art0 schematic version), independent of rarity. [1] The uncommon retro artifacts are in one run with each normal version appearing 5 times and each schematic version appearing once.
The marketing card slot can contain a normal marketing card (with a token, emblem, or ad), a double-faced card helper, or a punch-out counter card. The rate of double-faced card helpers is about 1/5 and the rate of punch-out counter cards is about 1/8.
The A common run consists of 27 different cards each appearing four times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The B common run consists of 37 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The C common run consists of 37 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The A uncommon run consists of 15 different cards each appearing seven times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The B uncommon run consists of 28 different cards each appearing four times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The C uncommon run consists of 37 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The uncommon retro artifact run consists of 18 different cards. Each has an alternate art schematic version. For each card, the normal version appears five times and the schematic version appears once. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
Most of the marketing cards in this set have a token or emblem on the front face. The Brothers' War Commander Elemental token can appear here. In addition, there is a card that has an advertisement for MTG Arena on both faces. The cards are printed in a 112 card run with items appearing different numbers of times.
