The Planeswalker Sarkhan Vol has returned from Tarkir’s past where he saved Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, and reforged the plane’s fate. Now Tarkir is dominated not by khans, but by dragonlords. As far as Sarkhan is concerned, this is a decidedly better world than the one he left.
