Dominaria Remastered is a large set with 101 commons, 80 uncommons, 60 rares, 20 mythic rares, and two variations of each standard basic land. Foil cards are included in booster packs with advertised rate of 33% of boosters. The set was printed in English in the USA and Belgium.
Dominaria Remastered was sold in 15 card booster packs (which contain an additional ad card). Booster boxes have 36 packs.
The US printing uses sequential collation.
Packs are front-facing and have common-uncommon-rare ordering followed by an extra common or uncommon card, an old frame basic land, and an ad card. There are 9 commons, 3 uncommons, and 1 rare. The extra common or uncommon is an old frame card in 3/4 of packs. Otherwise it is a normal common (not uncommon) and the rare has an old frame (so this is always exactly one non-foil old frame card). If a borderless common or uncommon appears, it will displace the third uncommon. If a borderless rare appears, it replaces the normal rare (and thus the extra common or uncommon must be old frame as there isn't an old fram rare). If there is a foil, it will displace a common and appear before the basic land.

There are two common runs: A and B. The A run has 60 distinct cards each appearing twice plus one copy of Jalum Tome, the short-printed common. The B run has 40 distinct cards each appearing three times plus one copy of Jalum Tome. Packs have 5-6 A commons followed by 3-4 B commons. (This is still true for packs with foils, so they contain 5 A and 3 B.) To ensure all (non-short-printed) commons are equally likely, 1/5 of packs should have 6 A commons and 7/15 of packs should have 4 B commons. (These rates are plausible.) Street Wraith has an additional borderless variation. This variation doesn't appear among the normal commons, it appears with the borderless uncommons (probably with the same frequency, though my sample isn't that large).
The uncommons are divided into an A run and a B run. Each A run has 40 distinct cards with each card appearing three times. Half of packs have 3 A uncommons and half have 3 B uncommons. A borderless common or uncommon can displace the third card from either run. (So, for example, it is possible for the borderless card to be a duplicate of one of the other uncommons.)
The old frame commons and uncommons are printed on one sheet that contains each common three times and each uncommon once. The normal commons that replace this slot appear to probably have one run with each common appearing once. (This run is not related to the other common runs.)
The A common run consists of 60 different cards each appearing twice plus one copy of Jalum Tome, the short-printed common. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The B common run consists of 40 different cards each appearing three times plus one copy of Jalum Tome, the short-printed common. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The A uncommon run consists of 40 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The B uncommon run consists of 40 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
