March of the Machine is a large set with 106 commons (5 of which are double-faced), 80 uncommons (30 of which are double-faced), 60 rares (16 of which are double-faced), 20 mythic rares (10 of which are double-faced), three variations of each standard basic land, and 10 extra common lands that can replace basic lands in boosters. Packs can also contains cards from Multiverse Legends which has 20 uncommons, 30 rares, and 15 mythic rares. Not counting the Multiverse Legends, this is about the normal size for a set of this era.
March of the Machine was sold in 15 card draft booster packs (which contain an additional ad card or double-faced placeholder card). Draft booster boxes have 36 packs. Draft boosters in English are printed in the USA, Japan, and Belgium. Foil cards are included in draft booster packs with advertised odds of 1 : 45 cards.
The Japanese printing uses sequential collation probably with 112 card sheets (which is the usual for Japan).
Packs are front-facing starting with the ad card or placeholder card, the basic land or common land, the Multiverse Legends card, a Battle type card, a non-Battle double-faced card, then a non-double-faced rare (only if neither of the previous 2 cards was rare), 2-3 uncommons (3 if the previous card was not a non-double-faced rare), and 8 commons. If there is a foil, it will between the land and the Multiverse Legends card, displacing a common. If the Multiverse Legends card is rare, there will still be another non-foil rare in the pack. But, there will only be one non-foil rare among the March of the Machines cards. (This can be a Battle, a non-Battle double-faced card, or a non-double-faced card.) Basic lands can be any of the three variations including full-art lands.

There are 3 non-double-faced common runs: A, B, and C. A contains 28 distinct cards, B contains 37 distinct cards, and C contains 36 distinct cards. Each pack gets 2 to 3 (usually 2) cards from A followed by 2 to 3 (usually 3) cards from B and 2 to 3 (usually 3) cards from C. This means packs are either 2-3-3, 3-2-3, or 3-3-2. The exact ratios may depend on the way foil collation works.
A | A | B | B | B | C | C | C |
A | A | A | B | B | C | C | C |
A | A | A | B | B | B | C | C |
Foils will displace a common. Packs with foils obey the normal ranges for A, B, and C cards. I haven't seen any foil packs with 3 A commons, but both 2-2-3 and 2-3-2 have been observed.
There are 2 non-double-faced uncommon runs: A, B. A has 22 distinct cards and B has 28 distinct cards. Packs have 1 to 2 A cards (almost always 1) followed by 1 to 2 B cards. The same is true whether three are 2 or 3 cards of this type. Based on expected rare collation, there will be 3 non-double-faced uncommons 3/10 of the time. Then, mathematically, 2-1 packs (with 2 A cards) should appear in 3/250 of packs.
The A common run consists of 28 different cards each appearing four times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The B common run consists of 37 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
The C common run consists of 36 different cards each appearing three times. The choice of first card is mostly arbitrary.
